Returns and Refunds

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for the product to be collected, e-mail sales@championtimber.com or telephone us on 020 8949 1621 with your invoice number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to yourself, and either provide a replacement or process a refund.

You can also choose to return the product to your nearest Champion branch, with proof of purchase, for a full refund.

All refunds will be made to the account used to purchase the product.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

Products Not Required

You can return products you do not require for a refund, provided we are advised of the proposed return within 7 days of the product being delivered to you.

If you cancel your order within 7 working days (i.e. excluding public holidays and weekends) following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund.
