- Browser Version
This site has been designed for modern web browsers. If you are having problems accessing the site, it might be because you are using an older browser. In this instance, please install / upgrade to a newer version, then try again. If problems persist, contact your web browser vendor for assistance. - Adobe Acrobat
Some older versions of Acrobat Reader do not correctly 'view' a brochure - they freeze when trying to view page two of a brochure. If your browser locks, please use the 'download' option on our brochures, which bypasses this problem. There is also a slight error when printing from Acrobat Reader, which is especially important to our mouldings brochures. The mouldings brochure is designed so that the pictures are 100% life size - however when they are downloaded and printed via Adobe Acrobat, the images are reduced to around 92% in most cases. If you require full sized moulding pictures, please request the brochures to be sent to you - follow the link Products & Services > Brochure Requests.
- Mac Users
Some user accessing the site via Apple Macintosh machines may experience anomalies when viewing certain pages within the site. Usually this can be rectified by upgrading your Internet Browser to a newer version. For example, layout problems reported in IE4 on Mac machines are removed when users upgrade to IE5.
