What are Flush for Paint Internal Doors?
A flush door traditionally has a simple, smooth surface that appears to be made from a single piece of material, resulting in a plain internal door that many people want in their home for minimalism and simplicity. However, we also offer more contemporary internal flush doors, which have a variety of different styles such as panels, grain effects, grooves and more. We offer internal flush doors in a variety of colours, from ash grey and white to dark grey, but also classic wooden styles, such as oak and walnut.
A flush door usually has smooth, flat faces that appear to be formed from a single slab of material. Some modern designs of the flush door have faces which are more unusual, such as faces with decorative inlays or panel effects, giving you a range of different options. Flush doors are most commonly used as internal doors, but some designs, with additional features, can be used as external doors. Flush fire doors can be used for doorways which lead directly from a house to a garage but are usually classed as external doors.
What is a Flush for Paint Internal Door made of?
Flush doors may have a solid, hollow or stave core. If the core is solid – low-density particle board or foam often being used to fill the space within the door completely – it may be supplemented with a type of laminate or plywood on each side.
