Champion Timber stocks a huge range of planned American White Oak Timber that is machined and quality-inspected at every stage by our mill in Edenbridge. Our range of Planed Oak Hardwood is perfect for joinery, furniture and light construction.

What can Oak be used for?

American White Oak beams are strong enough to be used for boat building and impermeable for reliable liquid storage, but still beautiful enough for use in premium furniture and high-end interior design as well as use as a wood floor. With a low stiffness and high level of strength, it holds up extremely well over time, and can also be machined extremely easily.

All of our Oak Hardwood is kiln dried for stability and low moisture content as standard. This means that is widely used in interior joinery, furniture, cabinets, windows, doors and many other applications.

Can I customise the timber size?

We also offer a free cross-cutting service so we can cut to size any timber you require, we can also plane the material to your exact size if required. Finally, if you cannot see what you need, we can machine to order your exact requirement, this takes up to 4 working days.
