Spax

For universal use in wood, chipboard, MDF, plastic and even thin metal sheet Multihead with cutting ribs help the head countersink into the wood. Screw head ribs help reduce the thread being stripped when fixing hinges etc. The deeper recess in the screw-head for a stronger bit hold. 4 CUT Points so no splitting even when working close to the edge, no pre-drilling required even in hardwoods and screw point takes immediate hold. Ground Serrations help reduce driving in torque and a hard synthetic coating helps for easy driving.

Champion Single Thread

25-degree sharp point for easy penetration into wood/chipboard/MDF, plastics and thin sheet metal. Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load and a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility. Plated to give a high resistance to corrosion. Made from C10-22 Steel to ensure consistent quality. Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists in the completion of countersinking.

Landscaping Screws

You can fix materials together with confidence thanks to the long plastic plug design, they are a fast and effective fix for a secure fit every time. Most commonly used for window and door installations. Versatile and reliable Frame Fixings for attaching to brick, block, stone, masonry and concrete.

Wall Plugs

Wall Plugs are essential when hanging cabinets, mirrors and shelves - in fact, anything you want to attach to your walls. A normal screw will not securely stay in plasterboard or masonry without a Wall Plug.

Speed Plugs

Speed Plugs have a specifically designed cutting tip to pierce plasterboard. These Speed Plugs are an easy-to-use fix for plasterboard and hollow wall applications and are ideal if re-fixing into the pre-existing plug or anchor holes. Nylon Speed Plugs are also suitable for electrical installations. Available to suit fixing thickness of 1mm-10mm. The plugs come complete with a pan head screw, although alternate screws can be used if required, for different fixtures.

Cavity Anchors

Cavity Anchors are the most commonly used plasterboard and cavity wall fixing where a very heavy-duty fixing is required. A range of metal Cavity Anchors for heavy-duty fixings in plasterboard and cavity walls. Ideal for radiators, shelving and handrail brackets.

Spring Toggles

Toggles or Spring Toggles as they are also known, feature a spring-loaded toggle that expands when pushed into a cavity making them ideal for installation behind thick panels in small cavities. The long screws attached also allow fixings to boards of various thicknesses offering fantastic flexibility. Wide toggles also ensure a good load distribution, which allows for a high load-bearing capacity ideal for overhead applications such as ceilings.

Nails

A great selection of galvanised plasterboard Nails and green outdoor corrosive-resistant galvanized nails, available in various packs and sizes. Galvanised Nails have undergone a galvanisation process that involves covering them in order to form a protective barrier making them highly resistant to rust and corrosion, and the ideal product for outdoor uses.

Veneer Pins

Veneer Pins are designed, slim with flush heads, this is to help them to be discreet and also to reduce the veneer splitting or cracking when you are working with it. Available in different sizes to suit the project you are working on.

Panel Pins

Panel Pins are the ideal fixing for use on the back of cupboards and wardrobes. Panel Pins are lightweight and slender nails that provide extra strength when fastened in place. They are generally used to attach skirting or backboards to cabinets, wardrobes and joinery work.

Construction Adhesives

PVA

PVA is a low-cost, water-based, non-toxic way to glue wood to itself. Wood glue is a particularly strong version of ordinary PVA, ideal for heavier jobs. It dries completely clear but you can also buy pre-coloured versions that are less visible on wood surfaces.

Adhesive Tapes

Adhesive Tapes are a combination of a material and an adhesive film and are used to bond or join objects together instead of using fasteners, screws, or welding. Applying Adhesive Tapes in lieu of mechanical fasteners enables you to use lower-temperature applications, which can simplify the manufacturing processes.

Roofing Felt Adhesive

Roofing Felt Adhesive is a cold-applied adhesive for bonding bituminous roofing felts to asphalt, felt, metal and concrete. It can also be used for bonding mineral chippings to bituminous surfaces. Roofing Felt Adhesive is required when bonding layers of roofing felts together or to bond overlapping sections on single-layer installations. Our Roofing Felt Adhesive and bitumen paints can be applied directly out of the tins with a brush.

Egger D4 Flooring Adhesive

A vital component of the EGGER Advanced Structural Flooring System, EGGER Joint & Joist Adhesive is a unique expanding D4 glue that is five times stronger than a mechanical fixing. Supplied in easy-to-handle 1kg squeezy bottles means there is no requirement for expensive tools, applicator guns or joint sealing tapes.

Ready Mixed Fillers

All-Purpose Ready Mixed Fillers is an easy-to-use ready mixed filler which is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Dries to a smooth but tough crack-resistant sandable finish which may be painted, papered or stained.

2 Part Wood Fillers

2 Part Wood Fillers is a fast-drying exterior and interior wood filler. The 2 Part Wood Fillers are easy to mix and apply and are completely weatherproof. Once mixed, the filler sets hard to a shatterproof finish in approximately 30 minutes and may be drilled, carved or planed once dry.

Wood Filler

The main differences between Wood Filler vs Wood Putty are: Wood Filler is usually water-based, whereas wood putty is most often oil-based. Wood Filler can be sanded and is typically used for unfinished wood, whereas wood putty cannot be sanded and is ideal for finished wood.

Silicone Sealant

Silicone Sealants are commonly used to seal windows to frames, as they provide a water-resistant seal that maintains a stronghold against harsh weather conditions. For the same reasons, Silicone Sealant is often used for automobiles, appliances, and sealing cables and sensors in electronic devices.

Damp Proof Membrane

A damp-proof membrane (DPM) is a membrane material applied to prevent moisture transmission. A common example is polyethene sheeting laid under a concrete slab to prevent the concrete from gaining moisture through capillary action. A DPM may be used for the DPC.

Coach Bolts

Coach Bolts, also known as carriage bolts, are a type of bolt designed specifically to be used in woodworking. In particular, they are intended to be used for fastening metal to wood. Carriage bolts feature a shallow domed head, typically either square, circular, or hexagonal in shape.

Washer and Nut

A washer is a machine component that is used in conjunction with a screw fastener such as a bolt and nut and that usually serves either to keep the screw from loosening or to distribute the load from the nut or bolt head over a larger area. For load distribution, thin flat rings of soft steel are usual.

Roofing Bolts
